A GENERAL-PURPOSE MINERAL QUENCHING OIL
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN 700 QUENCH OIL is a blend of highly refined, stable base oils and additives designed to provide proper heat removal rate, good thermal and oxidation stability, and low evaporation losses. This oil is recommended for use as a general-purpose quenching oil in applications which call for quenching rates provided by straight mineral oils.-
TYPICAL USES:
Used as a general-purpose quench oil where quenching rates similar to straight mineral oil are applicable.
Recommended operating range 120°-180°F.
FEATURES:
Good thermal and oxidation stability for longer life.
Low volatility for economy of operations.
Does not stain surface of machined steels.
Parts can be quenched from cyanide and other salt baths without damaging the oil.
